While some parts of the Site, like registration, can be accessed without disclosing personal information, you may be asked to provide certain Personal Information, such as your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, and other identifying details. This Personal Information may be combined with information from other sources and will be handled as described in this policy.

If you do not understand any part of this policy or the terms of service, please contact us at support@thehealthrating.org. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1.3

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy by posting updates on the Site. These updates will be effective immediately. Updates may include significant changes, so we encourage you to review them carefully. You can check the last modified date at the end of this policy to see if any changes have been made. 2. Information Collected

2.1

We collect information you provide directly to us on the Site, such as when you create an account, order a product, request a service, or contact us. If you do not provide the required information for a particular activity, you may not be able to complete it.

2.2

The Site uses cookies, which are small data files delivered to your hard drive by your browser. We use cookies to improve your experience. Some are essential for the Site to function properly. Cookies help us know when you return and store information to personalize your experience and collect statistical data, such as which pages are visited, your internet provider, and the sites you visited before and after ours. This information helps us trace your "clickstream" to understand which parts of the Site are most popular. We may also allow our affiliates and service providers to use cookies from the Site to help us with analysis and research on the effectiveness of the Site and its content. Some third-party advertising companies are members of the Network Advertising Initiative, which offers a way to opt out of ad targeting from member companies (www.networkadvertising.org). By continuing to use our Site, you agree to receive cookies. You can turn off cookies in your browser settings, but some features of the Site may not work fully.

2.3

The Site may also use "pixel tags" (also known as "web beacons" or "clear gifs"), which are tiny graphic images. Pixel tags help us analyze user behavior and measure the effectiveness of the Site and its content. Pixel tags are unique and work similarly to cookies. Unlike cookies, which are stored on your computer, pixel tags are embedded invisibly on websites. When appropriate, we may combine information from these tools with your Personal Information. We may work with service providers to help us track and analyze this information.

2.4

Examples of information collected this way include your browser, device type, IP address, operating system, internet service provider, pages you visit on the Site, and geographic location. Cookies may also collect information about your interactions with communications, such as whether emails were opened and if links within them were clicked.

2.5

We collect email addresses and information for marketing services. When you use the Site, you may have the option to subscribe to an email list or newsletter. You can cancel these subscriptions at any time. Your email address may be shared with third parties if you have given us prior permission to do so.

2.6

We collect Personal Information you provide when you set up an account. You can access your account online at any time to add, delete, or change information using your email and a password. The Personal Information you provide will only be used for the purposes outlined in this policy. If you use a public computer to access your account, we strongly recommend you log out to prevent unauthorized access.

2.7

If your visit to the Site leads to a purchase from a third-party site, payment processing information may be collected by that third party. We may also use third-party payment processors for payments we receive. Please review the terms of use and privacy policies of any third parties before providing them with your Personal Information.
